Memorial Stanko Radikon
On September 11, 2016 Stanko entrusted us with his whole life, his teachings, his wines and his vineyards, with the responsibility and honor of continuing the routeway he started.
For anyone who would like to contribute to a good reason, we organize together with his closest friends, a big “celebration” for his birthday.
On December 20th, therefore, in approximately every couple of years, we involve winemakers and restaurateurs from many areas of Italy and from Slovenia and Croatia in a tasting dedicated to his memory, to remind us how wine unites rather than divides and the comparison, although sometimes combative – but always respectful and honest – has been for him (and it is for us) a reason for growth. It is a good opportunity to reflect and to constantly improve yourself.
Živijo Stanko! “živijo” in Slovenian, his mother language, can be translated as the “cheers” which was used in the past as a wish for life and as a daily greeting, that he used to toast by raising the glasses. Živijo Stanko! To you! To life!

Živijo! 6th Memorial Stanko Radikon – December 20, 2026
This year marks 10 years since the passing of Stanko Radikon, and we have chosen to bring Živijo! back to its roots, to Oslavia, at the winery where it all began.
We look forward to welcoming you on Sunday, December 20, 2026, for a new edition of Živijo! Memorial Stanko Radikon, reimagined in a more intimate and less formal way, while remaining true to the spirit that has always distinguished this gathering.
We are still defining the details of the day; in the meantime, we are sharing below the poster from the previous edition, to give you an idea of the event and its spirit.
